Pros (+) We had an amazing experience at Dolphin House. It was a perfect location for us to get access to the Tube and easy, safe shopping. The apartment was large and gave our family a sense of home away from home.
Cons (-) The staff was a little slow when we needed help. They were still very helpful, but didn’t seem prepared when it came to simple requests like a set of new sheets. At one point we were locked out of the laundry room and it took some time for them to 1) believe me and 2) unlock the door manually.
