Beautiful rooms, helpful staff, great location
Very high-quality hotel in the heart of very charming Marylebone. We were upgraded to a premium room (on the top floor), without even asking. The service during our four night stay was exceptional. Highly recommend.
Really not much to complain about. They forgot my toast at breakfast, but it was quickly corrected. Rooms are not huge, but it's a small townhouse hotel; I was actually pleased with the size of our (upgraded) room.
Everything of the hotel
Could here tube rattling in our room , tiny bathroom , below ground
Very good and helpful services, the decor is very nicely designed , the room is very pleasent, clean quiet and peacefull.
The breakfast was very good but the way they charge was a bit strange for me. For example the buffet breakfast that I took was with out hot drinks so there was extra charge for the tea.
