Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events at the O2, and many enjoyed the beautiful views from their rooms. Several reviewers highlighted friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, and well-equipped rooms. However, there were recurring complaints about cleanliness issues in some rooms, including dust and unclean bedding, as well as inconsistent service, particularly at breakfast and during check-in. Some guests also mentioned minor inconveniences such as poor water pressure, lack of plug adapters, and difficulties with parking or WiFi. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness and service consistency would enhance the guest experience.
