Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location near Earl's Court station, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing restaurants and shops. Many reviewers appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, some guests noted issues with noise, particularly thin walls and street sounds, as well as occasional problems with room size and amenities.
