Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to metro stations and local amenities. The staff received positive feedback for being friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the rooms was frequently highlighted. However, several guests mentioned issues with accessibility, such as the lack of an elevator and steep stairs, which made it difficult for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Noise was also a recurring complaint, especially for rooms facing busy streets or with poor soundproofing. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was considered a convenient and comfortable choice for many visitors.
