Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport. The staff received high marks for being friendly, attentive, and helpful, with many guests noting their positive experiences at reception. Cleanliness was another strong point, with rooms and bathrooms described as spotless and well-maintained. Comfortable beds and modern furnishings were also appreciated. However, the lack of an elevator was a common complaint, especially for those with rooms on higher floors or with heavy luggage. Some guests also mentioned noise issues and small room sizes, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
