Pros (+) Perfect location , friendly staff , always our first choice in London.
Pros (+) The staff are so attentive and welcoming. The spa is like an oasis in the hustle and bustle if London
Pros (+) Very friendly staff. Excellent service. Delicious food in the Balcon restaurant. The bar tenders were very knowledgeable. Rooms small but comfortable.
Cons (-) Hard to set temperature for the room A/C (control has + and - but does not show temperature).
