Staff very friendly. Bed comfortable. Water hot.
Room looked scruffy and in need of refurb. Had booked dinner but this had to be brought in as restaurant closed. Breakfast poor - no fruit, no cooked breakfast. Poor for the money paid.

Good decor. Excellent size rooms and great views over London from the balcony.
For the location I'd expect better service and presentation of the breakfast. Had to pay extra for a cooked breakfast. Food Definitely wasn't worth the money.
