Bravo to the entire team including Sandra, Christian, Valentino and others. Thank you for being so flexible when I had to change my return flight back to the States before the travel ban. You refunded a few days very quickly so very much appreciated. Hope you all stay safe and I can’t wait (literally!) to see you again. Praying for the world and my beautiful city of London.
Location was excellent, walking distance everywhere, very modern and clean
It was clean and it's a good location. It's has a nice kitchen corner what is very helpfull.
I had a very unpleasent situation when I came to collect my luggage after cheching out. I wanted to ask a receptionist for direction but he didn't even want to look at me and he was chit chating with another guest.I was in a hurry and I said goodbye and he didn't reply or look at me. I felt wery humiliated and this is why I will never ever return to this hotel! It was like I didn't matter at all to them after checking out .I was non wanted person there after I payed my stay.
Location. Staff. New rooms
Great location great staff. Very clean. Highly recommended
No onsite restaurant or room service Very dodgy neighborhood. Saw multiple people buying and selling drugs within 20 feet of the front door.
