Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for sightseeing and public transport. Cleanliness and comfortable beds are also frequently praised. The staff is described as friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection is appreciated by many. However, a common complaint is the lack of air conditioning, especially during hot weather, and some mention noise issues and elevator delays. Overall, guests are satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and amenities, but suggest improvements for room cooling and noise insulation.

Pros (+) The price was good. It's close to the train station.
Cons (-) Avoid the breakfast at all cost! It's not worth it at all: bad coffee, terrible toast, lack of any pastry, and you have to pay extra for scramble eggs. The location is not good neither to take the tube.
