Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its excellent location, making it easy to access public transport, shopping, and entertainment. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness is another highlight, with many guests noting tidy rooms and regular housekeeping. However, room size is a common complaint, as several guests found the rooms to be quite small, especially for two people or longer stays. Despite this, the overall value, comfort of the beds, and positive service experiences make the hotel a popular choice for travelers.AI-generated from customer reviews
