Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) Customer service. We were out in a room that apparently had a wasp problem. There were dead wasps all over the room and everything was sprawled out. The front desk staff couldn’t have cared less and gave us a new room without a single word. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
