Great stay!!! Highly recommend!!
Green option to get points, guest services, room was clean, nice gym
Nothing too serious. Weak shower water pressure, some light bulbs were out... maybe brand bath products?
Forced to use service elevator as normal were out, the service elevator dropped multiple feet scaring all inside, then there was no power in the room and sat in darkness. We left halfway through the night.
Overall experience/ patio
Would stay here again for a stay cation. Near all great restaurants. The lobby is gourgeous. Interesting tech for elevators.
King size bed, big screen tv and at kayak price 100 less per day. 200 a good price per day.
I was over billed and nobody return my calls.
Most comfortable hotel beds
We stayed at the Sheraton downtown to be within walking distance to a hockey game at Staples Centre. The hotel location was great for this. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a renovated room which was very nice. The Sheraton hotels always seem to have the most comfortable beds in any hotel. The bed was the most comfortable of all the hotels we stayed at during our week long vacation. Linens and towels were great as well.
We did not like the fact that we had to pay for wifi. A hotel of this star rating and price should have complimentary wifi for guests, especially since it is located downtown and I presume there would be many guests there on business. We also found that when we attempted web access without wifi that there was little reception on the 21 floor, so we were without web access that day. Our room was located 2 doors away from the elevators which was noisy. The water pressure in the shower was quite terrible.

Guests arriving at the hotel will now be able to drop off cars at the newly updated front drive. Please note that vehicles that are taller than 6 feet, 2 inches will not fit in our parking garage. During your stay, you may experience some noise due to construction at the adjacent mall. While staying in the heart of the downtown financial district, you will find yourself in the exciting center of the Entertainment Capital of the World. Our business and convention hotel is an easy walk from the Los Angeles Convention Center, the Staples Center, and LA Live, a new 4-million-square-foot sports and entertainment destination.
