Guests are very pleased with the friendly and helpful staff, consistently mentioning excellent service. Cleanliness is another highlight, with many reviews noting clean rooms and well-maintained spaces. The hotel's location is frequently praised for its convenience to local attractions and ease of access. Comfortable beds and thoughtful room design are also appreciated. However, several guests mention issues with noise, especially from the freeway, elevators, or air conditioning units, which detracted from their stay. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, making it a popular choice for travelers.AI-generated from customer reviews
