Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the sanctuary and city attractions. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests highlighting exceptional service and attention. However, breakfast was a common point of disappointment, with limited options and poor quality mentioned by multiple reviewers. Accessibility was another concern, particularly for guests with mobility issues due to steep access and challenging parking. Cleanliness feedback was mixed, with some guests noting issues in rooms and bathrooms, while others found the facilities clean.
