Cons (-) There was some peeling paint on inside bathroom door they should have updated building they already had instead of spending money on a building out front the entrance door looked liked at one point had been broken into or just needs repair they should put fire exit plan on door there wasn't one if you want a great location to John's pass stay here
Pros (+) The staff were very nice and the grounds were beautiful. The room was well appointed.
Cons (-) The only negative about the stay was the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was very poor quality.

Pros (+) Returned to the BFB hotel a second year with my mom who loved its small, quaint, friendly feeling and its magnificent views of the beach. Oceanside rooms are perfect for two and provide an opportunity to relax and enjoy the views. Staff are very accommodating and down to earth. Cons (-) Tables by the beach encourage people to sit and smoke. Very sad that this year we had to close the door to our room many times due to people smoking cigarettes, weed,and drinking late into the night. Make that area non-smoking and reinforce it.
