Pros: Great private beach, staff were great, pool and hot tub area were excellent!
Cons: Bed was really firm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff good pool on beach
Cons: Loved it
6.0 Good
Pros: So I liked the view. Nice ocean view for sure. Nice beach chairs to use. Easy and ample parking. Easy entrance and exit to Gulf Blvd. Pool area has a very nice layout. Plenty of lounge chairs. Towels could be more plentiful. Fridge gets nice and cold. Nice bed, slept well. Great water pressure in the shower.
Cons: I must not have gotten an updated room. Some peeling paint. A couple spots on the walls and ceilings that could have been patched. A bit of a musty odor in the room. Toilet seat didn't fit the toilet very well. They have a non traditional housekeeping service. As in not a daily service. Yet an envelope for a tip. Hmm. There is a sign on the ice machine asking not to fill coolers, but rather go to 7-11 and buy your own. Really! In room coffee supplies could be fresher. I paid a pretty good buck to stay there. I expected a little bit better.
9.0 Excellent

Pros: On beach
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and polite, the swimming pool area was excellent and very close to the beach. The maid service was very good. The view onto the beach and sun set was amazing. John's Pass within walking distance was a great advantage.
Cons: The room was very much dated, the sofa and curtains looked dirty. A stove for cooking would be helpful. A shower in the pool area would be an advantage.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, staff and beach are terrific. The rooms are on the old side, but very clean. In a few weeks they are opening up a rooftop lounge, which will make this even more popular than it is now - will definitely be back!
Cons: The only negative was the heating unit - it was an unusually cold week in St. Pete when we were there, and the in-wall hearing unit was unable to warm the room at all - not even close, although turned up to 90.

7.6 Good
Pros: Lovely facility, cheerful staff, sizeable rooms with well equipped kitchens, restaurants within walking distance
Cons: Be sure to call well in advance same day if you're arriving after 10PM, or you won't get a key to your room. Continental breakfast was pretty minimal and not very health conscious. Have to pay additional fees for beachside furniture.
7.0 Good
Pros: Having a kitchenette was nice w/ a full size fridge, coffee pot, and stove!! The patio over looking shuffleboard court and beach was nice! Patty at the front desk is a gem of a lady. And Mz.Jasmina in house keeping is sweet..

9.0 Excellent
Pros: courteous staff. no hassles.
Cons: no.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was very large and comfortable. Very Convenient to restaurants and stores. Poolside overlooked the inter coastal and mariner.
Cons: Regular soap for the shower was a “boutique” bar and was just terrible. It would not wash off and it smelled unusual. Our attached lamp shade fell off, the thermostat was not working correctly, the shower dripped onto a metal drainplate loudly. Although very nice, this room should have offered for a lot less.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was good, just over the bridge from the beach. Car is necessary. Staff was also accommodating.
Cons: The first room had an enclosed, musty smell to it. The staff was kind enough to move us to a better room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room with amazing views! Very comfortable room and RON who was working the desk was so friendly and inviting!! Great customer service Also very convenient to the beach and Johns Pass all within walking distance
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Ended up staying at their new Bella Vista location, which would have been more expensive to reserve alone, so we got some additional value. Both rooms seemed excellent despite this major setback. Overall ended on a positive note and enjoyed the stay.
Cons: Staff decided it was a great idea to initially give us a one bedroom room despite literally having on receipt a reservation for a two-bedroom room. They suggested to either bear a one-person room until tommorrow, when a double would open up, or go to their Bella Vista condos. Had to relocate to a different location further away from the beach, no pool. Housekeeping was not informed of our occupation and came in mistakenly on the first day we stayed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was very close to Johns Pass. The beach was just across the street and a beautiful beach it was. It’s great for those who want to bring their own food and want to cook and clean. That was not me. I loved the balcony.
Cons: No restraint on site. Had to drive to get breakfast. Her meals I could walk to.

1.0 Poor

Cons: Excessive fees that doubled the price of the room, NO HOT WATER!, room was moldy!! We would have left if we didn't have sleeping kids
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location!
Cons: Food prices
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the pools and the location right in the beach. Room was clean and spacious.
Cons: The food at Harry’s was really mediocre, especially for the price. Also, a $40 resort fee per day was charged. When questioned I was told it allowed for use if the chairs on the beach. When we went to the beach and sat in the chairs we opened the umbrella, and immediately a gentleman was standing over us asking for $20 to use the umbrella. Since we had already paid quite a bit to stay there and my husband has skin cancer, we left the beach and went back to the pool, where there was some shade. Pretty disappointing since we booked a hotel in the beach. We were also told we couldn’t use our own umbrella that was in the car BOOO!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and amenities
4.0 Okay

5.0 Okay
Pros: resort location and beach access is great
Cons: Room was molding smelling, a/c didn't work properly. Overall a bit dirty and dated for the cost
7.0 Good
Pros: location
Cons: The service at the one pool bar/restaurant was horrible. We sat down for dinner one night, there were 6 of us, and no one would acknowledge us. After 5 minutes of nothing, we got up and left and gave another restaurant our $200+ dinner money Looking at the beach is was the pool bar to the left.

Featured amenities include a business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Planning an event in St. Pete Beach? This hotel has facilities measuring 38000 square feet (3530 square meters), including conference space. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The warm welcoming staff, the comfy beds and the amazing pool!
Cons: I wish they had a loyalty program.
6.0 Good
Pros: Hotel staff was friendly and the hotel is well situated with a marvelous beachfront setting. The hall maid was very informative about the hotel's physical arrangement and provided helpful directions. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was tiny. The lobby bar was really good and the staff were very friendly.
Cons: Hotel restaurants were understaffed. Breakfast was average. Food and atmosphere in the supposedly 4 diamond Maritana Grille was disappointing. The minimalist décor of the Maritana was not only disappointing, it was like eating in a cafeteria. The acoustics were astoundingly bad. It was like eating at the kitchen table with vinyl covered seats and benches and vinyl placemats. The hostess does double duty clearing tables, so we had to wait to be seated. Food is grossly overpriced and the meal was really average, except for the novel smoked grouper, which was delicious.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was like a resort with shops, restaurants, beautiful lobby bar, and the resort-style pool service was amazing!
Cons: Some of the prices for dining seemed steep, but we found plenty of good options nearby!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice beach, excellent location.
Cons: Front desk informed us that they had no business center despite prominent advertising of same.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved staying in this beautiful hotel. The rooms were spotless, bed comfortable and grounds beautiful as well as the decorations in the lobby. They do include lounge chairs without a charge on the beach in the resort fee.
6.3 Good
Cons: Very disappointed that our party of 7 could not use the hotel beach facilities and water sports all weekend due to a beach polo event. We specifically booked this hotel because of these facilities and there was no mention of the polo event when we booked. The hotel staff had no explanation or solution for us which we thought was unacceptable. If we had been made aware that the hotel beach facilities were not available for our hotel stay we would not have booked this hotel.
6.0 Good

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the friendly staff, the family activities (we have a 5 year old)

9.0 Excellent
Pros: We had breakfast in the onsite restaurant and it was very good, reasonably priced. Even though the room was full of tour bus guests, the wait staff did a good job of attending to us as well. The hotel is in a good location for walking to shops and restaurants. Try Sea Hags and Gigi’s (excellent Italian.). You can walk right out of your room, through the big pool area, and step onto the beach. Also an outdoor bar right there. Room was clean and comfortable with good towels, hot shower, nice toiletries. And it was all cleaned and replenished when we were out for the day. Ft. DeSoto is a nice diversion for couple of hours, including a nice beach.
Cons: Everything was good for us, if a little pricey, but we were right on the water, so worth it! Have to pay for parking

Pros: Location was great.
Cons: We were booked for 12 nights but stayed only one. The place was dirty, dark , and stinky. The carpet had stains, windows were dirty, beds were uncomfortable. The lobby looked like something out of the twilight zone. We expected more for almost $200.00per night.

Cons: Wall paper thin, can’t check in early.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It had a great swimming pool but the rooms were not complete. No wash clothes or towels in first room. The coffee pots were not cleaned, filters left in. Other rooms. We changed room because they has bathtub in first one & we almost fell.
Cons: They were very nice but not happy with the cleaning.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Easy beach access and close to Jimmy B’s
Cons: Dated, odd decor. Many areas were unclean in the bathroom. The rubber edging on the bottom of the entrance door was hanging off. It was a handicapped room, no shower shelves. Shower leaked out into the main room - no way to prevent it.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location directly on the beach was awesome! Glorious sunsets on the beach! It was great to have chairs, umbrellas, and towels included with the room price. Nice to have a heated pool to swim in since the ocean is still chilly in February. The bands at Jimmy B's added a festive atmosphere. All the staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful, from the cleaning people to the front desk to the parking lot attendants.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location , hotel facilities and very friendly staff
Cons: Cleaning of rooms left a lot to be desired . The room was also in need of a good refurb , everything was very tired
6.0 Good
Pros: The beachfront was great. Live music, tiki bars, lots of night life, etc.
Cons: The rooms were “beat up”. Old furniture, carpet, bathroom- not quite what the pictures showed. Not as good as your rating stated.

Pros: I have been staying here for years but never again.Staff stole my watch. Don't trust the maids. Hide all valuables.
Cons: I bought a new watch, brought it to Florida. I know it's my fault took the watch off and set it on the dresser. forgot it there. Called the hotel 2 hrs later and was told that nobody from house keeping reported it.Because they stole it. Don't trusT MAIDS.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was a bit outdated. Very small bathroom and shower did not work well. Cold water and no pressure. No hot tub and no continental breakfast was disappointing. All other properties in the area seem to offer some breakfast items and all seem to have hot tubs. Location was excellent and staff was excellent.

2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Not sure how the health department allows this place to be open! We saw 6 different rooms and everyone was gross.. the bathrooms have mold the facets are rotting, water comes out black! Rooms ALL stink! The sheets have stains and burns. The pool area has cigarette buds everywhere. The management tried claiming everything was fine even after showing them the pictures.
6.0 Good
Pros: The value was good.
Cons: They do not take oyo bucks. And extremely noisy at night. Requires an additional 50.00 dollar deposit to stay. Tile flooring, no fluffy pillows, generic bed spreading. And they tried to charge my card days before actual stay and did charge my card 1.00 after.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing it was trash ran down.
Cons: Everything the a/c did not work the electronic locks worked when they wanted too. Staff was very rude
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: The value
Cons: Room was dirty and moldy. Property says newly remodeled rooms but this room looked as if it was from 1989 and as if it had not been cleaned since. No outlet to be able to charge phones and the room smelled bad
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Cheap
Cons: The place was junky and trashy. The carpet was wet the entire time.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing to like
Cons: Promised didn't have a refrigerator as promised the room didn't look like the picture is Promised they had a little bit of an issue getting me signed in because they didn't have a room ready for me to be signed in and then it look like a sleazy sex Motel had poor neighbors
1.0 Poor
Pros: TV
Cons: The room, the gave me a pet friendly which they charge $10 for, it is supposed to be free. No clean towels & not enough towels, facial & hand. The room is gross! No blow dryer or iron or iron board. This is insane bc it is 2020, we're getting ready to go to Mars but we can't even get a decent room to stay in on a trip. Never ever booking OYO again or considering, or recommend.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Place is ran down!! Bugs in the room. Bed and pillows flat!! Towels stained. Just overall not a good place. Should be removed from this website
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: It was not clean
4.0 Okay
Cons: The prostitutes was outside the room
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The rooms looked like they haven't ever been cleaned .. thankfully I had sleeping bags in my car to lay over the beds. After I got over the smell we were watching a movie and I was eating a sandwich when I noticed a cockroach crawling across my leg. I gave it the benefit of a doubt and thought maybe it was a loner until I started really looking around the room and they were everywhere! The parking lot had ppl hanging around that appeared to be doing drugs ... all in all I was there for about 1 1/2 hours and took my stuff and left. Worst experience ever! I would have rather slept on a park bench.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The only good thing about this place is my deposit was refunded quickly!
Cons: If you are an aspiring prostitute, or a seasoned meth addict, this is the place for you. Rude, mocking staff. Paid for accommodations that were never received (fridge). Hotel was FILTHY, I was afraid to shower and actually didn't because hotel didn't provide and would give towels. We checked out at 6:45am even though our plans weren't until 10am. We would have been better sleeping in our car! We don't have children but do not advise ever bringing a child here.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the Billmar is excellent. Heather, at the receptionist desk, made sure our stay was wonderful. She went above and beyond. The next time we travel to the Tampa/Clearwater area, we will stay at the Billmar. Loved the view from our balcony. Loved that there were fire pits to sit by at night and outdoor games to play during the day.
Cons: There is really not anything I did not like.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Restaurants, etc all on site
Cons: Older facility. But room recently updated. Seems to be kept in good repair.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location and beach are great! Nice touch with providing nice chairs, not many other properties provide this service. The fire pits are also a nice touch during the evening.
Cons: Unable to get into our room until 1 hour after hotel posted 4pm check in time. Front desk representatives appeared empathetic, but didn’t help getting into our room. Frustrating considering we arrived at the hotel at 11am. Meal wait times at Sloppy Joe’s and the Cafe were horrible. Took 1.5 hours to get our meals at Sloppy Joe’s on a Sunday night. Then took an hour to get breakfast orders served and one order never arrived until we complained to manager. Then when it arrived it was wrong. Must have been a bad morning because other guests were also having similar issues. First and likely last visit we make to the Bilmar Beach Resort.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room very clean and pleasant, resort fees actually provided beach chairs at no extra cost.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly. Great location.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Right on the beach and within walking distance to many things
Cons: No complaints
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. It’s in walking distance to everything. And the beach is beautiful.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great value in a beautiful beach area! Super clean and friendly staff. Fun stay!
7.0 Good
Pros: On beach
