When I attempted to address this with hotel Staff at check out I was given the run-around and promised a manager would call me to address the issue. Never received a phone call from a manager. Cons (-) The entire hotel was very dirty, waited an hour past check in for our room, breakfast was an hour past it's time, with small kids this is very hard. Pool was dirty, staff seemed poorly trained, unable to help answer any quedtions.
