Pros (+) The staff were all amazing. Friendly, professional and helpful. They take wonderful care of their guests.
Cons (-) For the price, this model of Hilton is a joke. Yes there’s a huge bed and yes there’s a huge tv but that’s about it. There’s no room for working unless you pull up the dolly cart to the edge of the bed. There is an office chair but for what I don’t know. The 1/2 ply toilet paper is a joke. There’s no fan in the bathroom. The squeeze tubes they’ve employed for soaps and lotions are incredibly diffi...

Pros (+) This is a new hotel that sits off the highway in a quiet area. It is very contemporary and clean. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and room was small but roomy enough for our needs.
Cons (-) Not really anything I didn't like. It is a little ways from down town Madison but worth the drive for the money we saved over staying down town.
