Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and the friendliness of the staff. Many reviews highlighted the convenient access to attractions and public transport. However, several guests were disappointed by the cleanliness of the rooms, with reports of poor hygiene, dirty linens, and pests. Room comfort and size also received criticism, with mentions of uncomfortable beds, small or oddly shaped rooms, and outdated facilities. While some guests enjoyed the decor and amenities, the negative aspects of cleanliness and room quality were recurring concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
