Pros (+) The man who checked us in was very nice and quick. He was very nice to my young daughter. Especially when he found out it was her first time in a hotel. The young woman who checked us out was also very nice and help and also quick. The entire staff was very and greeted us constantly.
Cons (-) They said the wifi was free but when we tried to log on to it with our phones and my daughter's ipad it wouldn't work. When we tried to follow the steps they left in the room to use it, it just kept bringing us to a website to pay for it. Also the restaurant connected to it didn't have much of a kids selection. So we had to go out for dinner. But the breakfast buffet there was very good.
