Lobby was so small ,continually full of people and luggage. Only 1 person at reception, we had to ask if they could have another person, there was room for 2. Hotel room was so small, no place to put suitcases, beds looked like camp beds. Bathroom so small you had to close bathroom door to use shower, sink was outside bathroom. No wake up call as no phones in rooms.
