Pros (+) Open concept, ac, close to airport, across to be exact, made it very convenient to walk to the hotel after late flight to pick up rental in the am.
Cons (-) In such a competitive market it is important to treat each consumer with courtesy and respect. At the end of the day, the guest is the true employer. This hotel staff must improve their attitude towards the incoming guest, as they are very confrontational instead of welcoming, no guest should ever want to run out as they are checking in to their room, if room has been previously booked, do not try...
