Pros (+) Continental Club buffet was excellent.
Cons (-) The view from rm 4216 was bad -- the side of the next building. The hallway was dim and the light switch didn't work. The bathroom floor had pee stains around the toilet. The speakers in the bathroom were loud and could not be modulated. The room temperature was cold and The AC controls were not intuitive. It's like they just dump you into the room and left you to figure out how to work things out...
