Cons: In spite of booking and being given a "non-smoking room", the room still smelled smoked in. I think it is their ventilation system. If you are a smoker, the hotel is fine. If the smell of smoke bothers you then I would not recommend it.

Pros: Courteous staff who are always ready to attend to your needs with a big smile. Great location to reach different points in Metro Manila if you hate traffic. It's a great deal for the money. You can't beat the variety of excellent Chinese food offerings at Li Li. The Market Place Restaurant has the most extensive menu for brunch from Pilipino, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, European or continental fare.

Cons: Checkout out Makati Diamond Residence instead. Clean, new, safe area. The location is terrible. Think it’s awesome being a block away from the beach? NOPE. Manila bay is dirty, stinky and gross. The streets are dirty and neighbor streets smell of raw sewage. There are many homeless people living on the streets right outside the hotel. The decor is old and drab looking. My room had a feel of it being outdated and worn out.

Pros: Bathroom counter is granite or marble but soap or water stains were so visible that it looks like it wasn't cleaned at all. It just doesn't look sanitary. Pool area was totally closed for renovation but we were not informed before and during check in.

Pros: staff was very nice and dint a good job, good armed staff inside and outside and they are wonderful guys you can bring your kids and feel safe.pool is very nice and had only 3-5 people at a time, wonderful view Roberson malls front door is 50 yards away-star bucks at the front door! and taxi's lined up at the mall' front door-mall has everything supermarket ,movies, air-cond and great place to walk in comfort and eat , rooms are very clean staff a#1 towels for pool them will make you feel at home off street parking! Pros: it was great nice place to stay Roberson mall front door is 50 yards away armed hotel staff outside and you are safe starbuck 's at the front door too Mall has supermarket too-nice place to wall in air-cond in the mall-nice pool 3-5 people at a time--went there 8.30 and my girl was the only one there 3 night s in a row the place is clean and the staff is there to make you stay the best ! the rooms have full glass wall it was so nice I pulled the shale back and you has a wonderful view of the city money changer is at the mall safe-- nice cafe down stairs too!

Pros: The employees is the greatest strength of this hotel. People are very friendly and accommodating. I felt at home right away when I checked in. Convenient location and close proximity to Shoe Mart and Harrison Plaza. What I really appreciate was when I told the restaurant that I have a flight in 2 and a half hour, they put priority on my order and the food was prepared expeditedly. When I was on my way to the airport, the security went outside the hotel facility to flag down taxi outside the facility. I really appreciate the employees Class A service. I want to go back to this hotel again next year. I highly recommend this hotel for somebody who is looking for value for their money good service, nice and clean place to stay.

Pros: The front desk wasnt clear about the breakfast not being included. The restaurant where the breakfast was is full of cockroach.The waiter did not i formed me prior that the breakfast was not included in the room until after the fact and was intetested more on getting tips than providing good a good service...I was in a hurry to get to the airport and advice them early on so the whole mess from the cockroach infested restaurant to no information to tip hungry waiter to taking a very long time to get the change was just over the top....I would not come back there nor would i recommend it to anyone.

Pros: I like the staff especially the front desk representative on night shift (Divina). She is so accomodating and very patient. I like the guards too. Very helpful.
Cons: Housekeeping are not doing their job. They don't clean the room even you ask for it. Our room smells bad especially the bathroom .. smells urine.

Restaurant food expensive, you can't touch the in house massage service and you are not allowed to hire one from outside. If you ordered food from outside the delivery person is not allowed to come to your room for delivery - If this is for the sake of security, why can't they escort the delivery person to the room.You will not be able to transact your business smoothly if you depend on the hotel WiFi. WiFi is mostly down and if it does work, it is extremely slow. Call the front desk staff for anything, all you will hear them say is "Yes Sir" it will take several calls to get anything you want done. The gym's threadmill will stop abruptly in the middle of your exercise. TWO THUMBS DOWN FOR THIS HOTEL! I will not recommend it to my enemies!!

Pros: I booked a king size bed room,but when I arrived at the hotel,there was no that kind room left,the staff did not apologize just just ask if i want to change.I was so disappointed.

Pros: Bargain price
Cons: I booked online and chose the wrong date...I immediately contacted the hotel but the wouldn't allow me to change to the correct date..I wasn't asking for anything free but I only wanted to change to the correct date and they wouldn't allow it..I was forced to lose that nights stay and pay for the correct day.
