Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and convenience to transport and attractions. However, many express strong dissatisfaction with the service, describing staff as unhelpful or unfriendly, and note frequent issues with cleanliness in rooms and common areas. Breakfast is often criticized for being basic or disappointing. Overall, while the location is a highlight, the hotel falls short in service, cleanliness, and breakfast quality.
