Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness, with several mentioning specific employees who went above and beyond to make their stay pleasant. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple reviews citing problems in rooms, bathrooms, and dining areas. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the variety and quality, while others noted a lack of fresh options and cleanliness concerns. Overall, while the service stands out positively, improvements in cleanliness and breakfast quality would enhance the guest experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
