Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Al Haram and local amenities. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and some noted good value for money. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for several guests, with repeated mentions of dirty rooms and bathrooms. Issues with elevator wait times and occasional dissatisfaction with room comfort were also noted. Overall, the location and service were the main highlights, while cleanliness and elevator efficiency need improvement.
