Guests frequently mentioned the hotel's central location and appreciated the panoramic views from the terrace and some rooms. While a few guests found the beds comfortable and the breakfast satisfactory, there were repeated complaints about the rooms not matching the advertised photos, cleanliness issues (including insects), noise from the surroundings, and inconsistent service quality. Some guests praised the friendliness of certain staff members and the included breakfast, but overall experiences with service and amenities were mixed.
