Convenient and pleasant facility
Despite the central location, noise was not an issue. Room was clean and had enough space to work at the desk as well as ample storage.
Getting out from the hotel on the last morning was difficult - all the lifts were very busy and it was about a ten minute wait (the first lift that came had no space in t because a staff member was transporting a large laundry cart despite how busy it was). But this was the only gripe in a five night stay.

Room was comfortable. Central location (though hard to find for a first time visitor because it is on a small side street. Price was very good compared with most downtown Melbourne hotels.
All the extra charges. WiFi is free only in the lobby and only for 15 minutes per day. We had to pay $50 for wifi for three days. Parking added $20 extra day.
