Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to major venues like stadiums and shopping areas. Many appreciate the spacious and comfortable rooms. However, there are mixed opinions about service and cleanliness, with some guests reporting issues such as unhelpful staff, lack of room cleaning, and problems with amenities like breakfast and towels. While some guests found the staff attentive and the food enjoyable, others experienced problems with reservations, room access, and inconsistent service. Cleanliness is generally acceptable but not outstanding, and breakfast offerings did not always meet expectations. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and room size, but service and amenities could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
