I do not recommend the Riviera Hotel. While the maintenance staff made an effort to help, the rest of the staff was rude and dismissive throughout our stay. The air conditioning and hot water did not work, even after informing staff about the issues four separate times. Although maintenance attempted to fix the problems, they were unsuccessful. Cons (-) There was a roach running around as we entered the room. I guess you can say, it was a surprise being welcomed by a roach. The room was tiny with a separate bathroom sink right next to the bed. Parking is horrible. Customer service is not that great. So we ended up saying forget it and checking out early to stay at double tree.
