Breakfast was totally gone at 0905 and the serving staff is totally rude. The girl gave me attitude when I asked for a tray. Asked for housekeeping to come and make the sofa bed and never came. Terrible service overall. Not staying here again.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and friendly service. Many found the beds comfortable and the rooms clean and spacious. However, there were repeated complaints about only one working elevator, leading to long waits, and several guests were dissatisfied with the limited breakfast options and quality. Overall, the hotel was seen as a good value, but improvements are needed for breakfast and elevator maintenance.AI-generated from customer reviews

Parking spaces good. Where's housekeeping??? It seemed the whole stay, we needed to have the front desk remind housekeeping, to service the room. And when they would, there was always something missing. Breakfast items were always running out. Even though website says coffee in lobby, there wasn't any during our whole stay.

They also advertised breakfast and airport shuttle was included. That was a lie. They did not offer breakfast or transportation to the airport. I stayed for ...
