I love the location is close to the train station, I save a lot of money because I could take the train back and forth to bayfront park because I was attending Ultra music festival and the route 150 take you to south beach I got a 7 days pass card for 30 dls and that save me a lot of money in trasportation plus when you go out of Miami airport is only 2 min away in the MIA mover

Med over night close to airport, and it was close. Covid cause less amenities such as club room and restaurant being Closed but all good. Very quiet for location.

Cons (-) Despite being right next to the airport you still need a shuttle to get there. Had I known that I would definitely have stayed at a nicer place with shuttle possibility too. Also the place looks run down for a Sheraton

Pros (+) The staff was very nice and did their best to accommodate the situation. Jorge and Alejandro were polite and professional, and were the best part of the hotel experience.
Cons (-) The hotel was dirty. Dirty. We were moved to 4 different rooms due to broken AC, hairs on our sheets, non vacuumed room floors.

Cons (-) The beds were sub-par. Did I get assigned my room 150 yards from the elevator because I booked via Kayak? Being a 74 y/o disabled vet made it very difficult for both myself and my 82 y/o arthritic wife. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. When I walked 300 yards to and from the soda machine to buy one, it was HOT. And since I hadn't brought the ice bucket, I had to walk with great dif...
