Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and pests. While service received some positive feedback, especially for certain staff members, and the location was appreciated by a few, many reviews also mentioned poor amenities and maintenance issues. Bed comfort was mixed, and overall, negative experiences outweighed the positives.
