Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests found the hotel's location convenient for their activities and travel, but many expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing rude or unhelpful staff and management issues. Cleanliness was also a concern, with several reviews mentioning unpleasant odors, lack of towels, and maintenance problems. Amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and elevators were frequently out of order or poorly maintained, leading to further disappointment. While a few guests appreciated the price and some aspects of the facilities, the negative experiences with service and upkeep were dominant.AI-generated from customer reviews
