I am accustomed to a certain level of professionalism and integrity when staying at Holiday Inns and the IHG Group. This was not present at the Mill Valley Holiday Inn. The room was dirty with trash on the floor, the reception staff was rude, curt, and impatient. Unadvertised is an amenity charge at the rate of $50/day -non-negotiable! An adequate chain hotel. Looks like it was an old place that had a makeover. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The complimentary breakfast included eggs and bacon with the usual carbo offerings. The eggs were clearly powdered-a little runny and a completely uniform texture. The hotel location is what I was going for. Easy access to the Marin county sights and 101. I would stay here again...
