Pros (+) Location is great, packaged bakery items in the morning was convenient and the staff was nice
Cons (-) Rooms did not feel clean, could use a "refresher". The coffee was not good.

Cons (-) The room was scented. That always makes me feel they are covering something up. Coffe & breakfast was poor. Better not to have a breakfast, but provide a wonderful coffe.
Pros (+) It's very nice if you're satisfied with the bare minimum. The staff is very efficient, however not especially friendly. Free coffee and sweets or cereal for breakfast.
Pros (+) Found the only room available in Minocqua on a busy summer weekend. Beds were comfortable, room was spartan but functional.
Cons (-) Over $100/night was way too much for the amenities, but apparently that is the going rate for all hotels in this area. "Continental breakfast" was a rack of pre-packaged foods you could find at a gas station, and the coffee was terrible.
