Great location, in the heart of old city
The nearby market closes early
Located in the old city, but be aware that at night most of the area shuts down... Lots of English channels if you go into the setup of the satellite box and change audio to English...
Our room was very small, with just enough space for our bags, etc. Breakfast was identical each morning, and also the same as every hotel we stayed in in Uruguay and Brazil... Can't hotel owners be more innovative and offer a variety for breakfast as in other countries? Very few affordable food options in the vicinity, and at night everything is closed... We bought food for supper at the supermarket around the corner and ate in the room...
Location was fine. Close to the markets and the old town but there is probably better locations near the beach side of town.
The room was small for 2 people with luggage. Bed broke during the night and they only fixed it the next day but didn’t offer to provide an upgrade on the room. Breakfast was very average
Not far from downtown Montevideo.
The window opened up onto the hallway. The area is a little dodgy after 6pm as almost everything is closed and dining choices extremely limited.
Great location for discovering Montevideo's main sites. Good value for price. Good standard breakfast with varying sweet options.
Room was a bit small and with no outside window. We could hear our neighbours upstairs (creaking floor boards) and next door (noisy TV). Not many fruit choices for breakfast.
