Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near city attractions, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the quality of the breakfast, often mentioning the pleasant garden setting. Cleanliness and comfortable rooms were also highlighted. However, several guests noted that the rooms were small and that accessibility could be challenging due to stairs and lack of an elevator. Overall, the positive atmosphere, attentive service, and convenient location made for a pleasant stay.
