Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and peaceful location by the bay, with many enjoying the views and tranquil atmosphere. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, carpets, and common areas. The pool was often out of service or poorly maintained, disappointing guests who had hoped to use it. Some guests also noted uncomfortable beds and general disrepair in the facilities. Despite these issues, the serene setting and proximity to nature were highlights for many visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
