Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and convenient location, especially its proximity to the Mosel river and suitability for cycling and sightseeing. The breakfast was frequently described as excellent, varied, and satisfying. Many guests highlighted the friendly and helpful service from staff, as well as the overall cleanliness and well-maintained condition of the hotel and rooms. The pool and wellness facilities were also appreciated for their quality and relaxation value. Some minor criticisms were noted, such as noise from nearby roads, lack of in-room refrigerators, and occasional issues with restaurant service or room features, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives.
