Pros (+) Excellent and friendly staff from the minuet you arrive. Rooms are clean and nice with no frills. Air conditioning, ceiling fan and shower were all in good working order and a small privet balcony to let the fresh air in. Great location right near the sea walk (good for a run or walk), Church street station and a few restaurants. Also a good ice cream sandwich shop straight across the street.
Cons (-) The price feels just a bit high when coming to Mumbai form other parts of India where costs are so low.
