Pros (+) The hotel was very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful and food great.
Cons (-) The location wasn't ideal. It would have been nice to know that the rooftop bar which is described as hands down the best rooftop bar in Mumbai doesn't serve alcohol :(

Pros (+) The hotel lives up to its usual excellent standards. It's a bit of a contrast when you step off the property but that's Mumbai for you. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros (+) Our stay at The Four Seasons Mumbai was excellent! This was our first time in Mumbai so we relied on the suggestions made by the concierge. Suggestions were excellent as we were linked to a good guide, were able to reserve a hotel car to explore Bandra and knew we were in good hands the entire time. Hotel managers were amazing and made sure our needs were addressed. Spa services/facilities are som...
Cons (-) Only negative was the hotel restaurant San-Qi as staff provided horrible customer service however the hotel manager was quick to address our concerns.
