Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with their stay, citing a poor location, lack of cleanliness, unhelpful service, and uncomfortable beds. Many reviews mentioned issues such as dirty rooms, bad smells, noise, and misleading photos. Some guests also reported problems with booking, lack of promised amenities, and rude staff. Only a few reviews mentioned anything positive, such as helpful staff or good food, but these were exceptions rather than the norm.
