Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, but the majority were dissatisfied with the service, citing rude or inattentive staff and slow response times. Cleanliness was a major concern, with many reviews mentioning dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and poor housekeeping. Several guests felt the hotel did not provide good value for the price paid, mentioning issues such as outdated facilities, lack of amenities, and misleading information about services. While a few reviews noted acceptable room conditions and kind staff, the overall sentiment was negative due to persistent problems with service, cleanliness, and value.
