Cons (-) Room was smaller than I expected even though paid for an upgraded room and no comments were provided. Customer service / onsite staff unavailable especially on Sunday (everything is closed). No availability of items like clean towels unless you happen to find the cleaning lady who may or may not be available, no refills of coffee pods, soap and no basic items for cooking (even salt).
