When booking resulted in completion, confirmation page and email notification was received almost instantaneously. Pros (+) Courteous staff and always willing to lend a hand. Valet parking was available at no extra cost plus it was handed to us clean after a night's rain. Our wifi was down during our stay but since my other family members were staying at a diff room, we did not bother to complaint and instead used their wifi.
