Better food. The resrtourant is to expensive for the location or atleast taste better for the price. You buy alcoholic drinks and gou dont cant even taste the alcohol. The beds and pillows need to be better. The only thing that was good is the staff and aspecially the door men
Pros:The bed was overly soft . Woke up with a back pain. Breakfast buffet eggs were frim powder. No healthy food iption. Limited menu, bland food, lack of healthy food option, the bar stuff was loud and trashy, I was charged for parking even though I did not have my car with me ! I was attending a conference with a continental breakfast included in the am session. Morning registration for course took forever and there was no time t9 grab coffee and breakfast and when the first break came at 10: 30 Hilton workers would make sure there's nothing left as they would remove all the food and drinks before our break happened. Never in my 26 years of attending conferences I have experienced such a stupid behavior. They offered breakfast amd when we fi ally had a chance to grab something that stupid employee would make sure to remove everything right before !

Pros:The lobby Is the nicest part of the hotel when you go to your room it’s hard to believe that Lobby is attached to it
Cons:Parking was a good little Distance from the room The room stunk The hall smelled like weed The showerhead was way too low I’m 6 foot and had to duck to get in it On top of that we had troubles getting back to our hotel because Myrtle Beach had all the roads blocked off which nobody at the hotel informed us that Myrtle Beach would be shutting down all the roads at 10 o’clock. And it’s not like they didn’t know because when I checked out and told the lady all the concerns that I had she said oh yeah nobody told you and that was about it so the following night we decided We decided to get a hotel in Surfside I wish did that the first night about the same price but a much better hotel

Cons:When I called the hotel, they put me on hold for at least 10 mins only to hang up after. I called multiple times and no luck. The room was not made up well. There were bunch of hair in the shower and floor. The hotel couldn't even provide complimentary water when you paid $250 a night? Are you kidding me? You gotta paid $3.95 per bottle. Ridiculous! Upon checking in, I was asked for a credit card. The receptionist didn't tell me a thing why she needed it for. My credit card company sent me an email of a transaction of $50 from the hotel. When I asked the front desk, no one knew. I got charged again the next day. No one knew again and said wait for a couple of days. Upon checking out, the lady said oh it shouldn't have been there to charge you. I said so why it happened. She sid it must have been for an accidental charge. I said I traveled a lot but never experience this before where the front didn't inform upon checking in. She didn't even apologize just saying both charges would eventually come off. Beach chairs and umbrellas cost $40 for rent. So bring your own if you don't wanna pay for them.
Pros:Great rate, right on the beach. Nice pool and good food. Security. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Starbucks in lobby.
Cons:Rooms need renovating. I've stayed in motels nicer than our room. Carpet is old, no TV remote in the room, bathroom was mediocre at best. There definitely needs to be an adult only area at the pool. We frequently found ourselves relaxing in the jacuzzi only to be disturbed by a group of kids. Shuttle service to and from the airport would have been nice too to save yourself from a $30 Uber.

Pros:The beds and pillows were really comfortable. I have stayed at other Hilton hotels where the beds were hard like a rock, so uncomfortable. I also love the location, it doesn't matter what room you choose you will have a ocean front room, that's a plus ;)
Cons:The bathroom grout was supposed to be white. It was literally the color "black" no exaggeration. That to me is a sign that they don't clean very well. I was to discussed to walk barefoot it. The room was also a little out dated, my room had a hole on the wall, next to the socket. Any other time I would of complained but I was to tired to complain so I just dealt with it. The comfy bed made up for it ;)
Cons:Checking out they were going to charge $8.00 a day for parking. I could not find anything on the web site about parking. The front desk took the charge off of my bill which I thought was the right thing to do.
