Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near the airport and city attractions, and the quality of the breakfast. Cleanliness and comfort were generally well rated, with several reviews noting clean rooms and comfortable beds. Some guests enjoyed access to amenities like the pool and gym. However, there were repeated complaints about air conditioning not working, occasional maintenance issues, and a few negative experiences with room cleanliness and customer service. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially regarding service, location, and breakfast.AI-generated from customer reviews
